Turbo Abs

I'm crusing around through the globogym headed pastt he cardio machines to the dip/pull/ab/roman chair thing. Which happens to be next to the back extension station and about a half dozen ab machines. This is what I saw!



What does that make you think? I will tell you this much... if they spent the same amount of time choosing a proper meal they would make a bigger impact on the possible emergence of their 6-packs. Let's be real here and forget the 6 pack and focus on a flatter stomach. Nutrition comes first then proper training. Do not waste your time on this machine that is doing absolutely nothing for you except helping you cheat and give you a false sense of "work being completed."




Is this functional training?
